As project manager and president of the firm, Chris Meinen's responsibilities include administration and human resources, coordinating the Smith and Oakes, Inc. team to best serve clients. Chris' specialties include planning and design of roadways, water distribution systems, wastewater distrubution systems, wastewater collection systems, grading and drainage improvements and land surveying. While at Smith & Oakes, Meinen has received extensive training and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D software. He has more than 20 years experience with AutoCAD-based systems.

A graduate of East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, Greg Frederick is a licensed land surveyor in charge of all land surveying duties at Smith & Oakes, Inc. His specialties include boundary and topographic land surveying and construction staking. Field surveys and data collection are performed using typical modern electronic field collection methods. Greg has led construction staking crews for numerous commercial and retail developments, residential subdivisions and public works projects, including roadways, bridges and utility pipelines.
